There will be Normanna-made pickled herring and potato lefse for sale, a bake sale, and the Scandinavian Boutique will be open. 11/23 Nordic dance in Tacoma, 7:30–10 p.m. at Normanna Hall, S. 15th and Martin Luther King Way, Tacoma. Come join us for our Nordic dance on Saturday, November 23. Class is from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m., with music from 8:30 to 10 p.m. Our favorite dancers, Harry Khamis and Pat Pi, will teach the basics of Scandinavian dancing. The Folk Voice Band will keep us dancing with their lively music. The price is $10 for adults, $7 for Sons of Norway Norden 2 members ($10 for Norden couples), and $5 for nondancers. Options to stay overnight, mingle, hike and enjoy holiday meals or just come for the dance. Traditional Glogg and mulled cider will be provided, plus a Lucia procession.
