Registration will open after November 10, perhaps as late as Nov 20. Prices at Seabeck have risen, so expect a cost increase.

Help preserve the Meeting House floor at Seabeck Conference Center
Jerry Walsh and Judy Patterson are making an individual (not Skandia) plea to assist Seabeck to repair and refinish the floor of the Meeting House at Seabeck. Below is part of their request:
"Our first Springdans on the new floor was April of 2003...It was fantastic. It stayed that way for the next ten years, or so. Subsequent years have not been kind to the floor. The finish has worn through in many places and some areas have been severely water damaged.
The best bid for the work came in at $16,000. This includes replacing about 60 square feet of damaged flooring. The deposit is paid, and the work is scheduled for January 6-18, 2025. This will give the floor plenty of time to cure before our next Springdans in April!
I invite you to participate! You can do so by making a tax-deductible contribution to Seabeck Conference Center. Just specify that it is for the Meeting House floor. Please do so before the end of January 2025. Let me (Jerry) know your pledge amount ASAP, since I’ll need to know how much to transfer from our IRA to cover the balance. If, by some miracle, your contributions add up to more than the cost, Judy and I will still donate $5,000 to Seabeck. I’m hoping we can establish a Floor Account so there is money available for repairs and maintenance on an ongoing basis...
Please consider helping us on this project. Springdans is like a jewel embedded in the year. Think of the floor as the setting for the precious music, dance, and joy we all experience while in the Meeting House."
